Photo & Video Release Policy

Forest City Athletics (FCA) may occasionally capture photos or videos at events for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating in an FCA event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Limited Use – Photos and videos may be taken on occasion and used for social media, website content, and promotional materials.

2. Respect & Privacy – FCA will make reasonable efforts to respect participant privacy. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform an FCA staff member at the event.

3. Opt-Out Option – If a photo or video featuring you is posted and you wish for it to be removed, please contact us at contact@forestcityathletics.ca with details, and we will promptly take action.

4. No Compensation – Participants agree that they will not receive compensation for the use of any images or videos taken at FCA events.​
