Welcome to Forest City Athletics! By accessing our website (https://www.forestcityathletics.ca/) and participating in our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Who We Are:

Forest City Athletics is a recreational sports organization based in London, Ontario, Canada. We provide flexible athletics solutions, fostering a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants.

2. Eligibility & Registration:

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our events.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if registration details are incorrect, incomplete, or violate our policies.

3. Payment & Fees:

All payments are processed securely via Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (see our Privacy Policy for details).

Payment methods accepted:
- Credit/Debit Card (excluding Amex)
- Apple Pay (excluding Amex)
- Google Pay (excluding Amex)
- American Express (Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Cancellations & Refunds:

If Forest City Athletics cancels an event, a full refund will be provided. Forest City Athletics reserves the right to cancel any event at any time without notice. In such circumstances, all ticket holders will be refunded in full. In these rare circumstances we will provide a minimum of 24 hours notice whenever possible.
If a participant cancels:
- More than 48 hours before → Eligible for a 100% credit of the pre-tax event price toward a future FCA event.

- 24 to 48 hours before → Eligible for a 50% credit of the pre-tax event price toward a future FCA event.

Less than 24 hours before the event → No refunds or credits will be provided.

No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Participant Code of Conduct:

To maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all, participants must:

Respect all players, referees, and event staff.

Follow the event rules and safety guidelines.

Wear appropriate sports attire and footwear.

Refrain from aggressive, inappropriate, or unsportsmanlike behavior.

Forest City Athletics has a zero-tolerance policy for any act deemed as "intent to injure." FCA will strictly enforce this policy, and enforcement is at the full discretion of management. Any act of intent to injure will result in a lifetime ban from our services.

Failure to comply may result in:

Immediate removal from the event.

Potential bans from future sessions.

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver:

By participating in Forest City Athletics (FCA) events, you acknowledge and accept that recreational sports involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, falls, or accidents.

FCA, its owners, staff, and venue partners are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur before, during, or after any FCA event, including but not limited to incidents in the playing area, locker rooms, parking lots, or other associated facilities.

Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and well-being before taking part in any FCA activities.

7. Venue Rules & Equipment Use:

Participants are required to adhere to all rules and regulations set by both Forest City Athletics (FCA) and the event venue.

The use of vaping devices, smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside any venue where FCA operates. Any individual found violating this policy may be asked to leave the premises at the discretion of FCA management and facility staff.

Additionally, participants are responsible for any damage to venue property or equipment caused by negligence and may be held financially liable for repairs or replacements.

8. Privacy & Data Protection:

We collect personal data only for registration, communication, and event organization.

No data is sold to third parties (see our Privacy Policy for full details).

9. Intellectual Property:

All website content, branding, images, and event materials belong to Forest City Athletics.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Amendments & Updates:

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in our events implies acceptance of the updated terms.
