Venue & Equipment Policy

1. Purpose

​

This policy outlines the responsibilities of participants regarding the use of venues and equipment provided by Forest City Athletics. By registering for an event, you agree to respect and adhere to these guidelines to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

 

2. Venue Guidelines

​

  • Participants must respect the facility and follow all posted rules, as well as any instructions from Forest City Athletics staff or venue personnel.

  • Food and drinks (except water in a sealed container) are not permitted on the courts.

  • Participants are responsible for keeping the venue clean by properly disposing of trash and personal items.

  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited at all venues.

  • Any damage to the venue caused by a participant’s negligence or misconduct may result in financial liability for repairs or cleaning fees.

 

3. Equipment Usage

​

  • Participants are expected to handle all provided equipment with care.

  • Paddles, balls, nets, and other gear provided by Forest City Athletics remain the property of the company and must be returned in good condition after use.

  • Any intentional damage or theft of equipment may result in suspension from future events and financial responsibility for replacement costs.

  • If a participant brings their own equipment, they are solely responsible for its care and security.

 

4. Liability for Damages

  • Forest City Athletics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

  • Any participant found responsible for damaging venue property or equipment will be required to cover repair or replacement costs.

  • Repeated violations may result in a ban from future events and legal action if necessary.

 

5. Enforcement & Consequences

​

  • Failure to follow this policy may result in:

    • A verbal warning from staff.

    • Temporary or permanent suspension from events.

    • Financial liability for damages.

  • Forest City Athletics reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who does not comply with this policy.

 

6. Acknowledgment

​

By signing up for an event, participants agree to this Venue & Equipment Policy and accept responsibility for their actions. This policy will be available on our website, and participants will be reminded of key guidelines before events.
